Cancellation Policy

For Booking Confirmation you will need to make payment of one night in advance. This will be deducted form the total of the reservation when you settle the bill. If the booking is cancelled with less than 10 days from the date of arrival, this amount will not be refunded. However if you simply wish to change the dates and make a new booking, depending on availability and seasonal pricing the hostel is willing to take account monies previously paid. If you cancel more than 10 days in advance of your booking, we will return your deposit less any administrative and banking costs. |
